Baptist Health Care Center of Bismarck is a faith-based senior living community. The loving and professional care provided to our residents for the past 75 years has earned Baptist Health Care Center many honors, including the coveted “Best Practices Award” from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

We currently have an opportunity for a Clinical Coordinator/RN with long-term care expertise and who embraces our ministry of resident centered care, guided by the principles to serve the elderly with quality, compassionate, and innovative care. 

An ideal candidate will possess strong team-building and communication skills, along with excellent professional and supportive supervisory experience. They will also possess excellent clinical, organizational, and time management skills, with a desire to demonstrate excellent customer service. Matrix, MDS and care planning experience required, as well as strong knowledge of Medicare, and state and federal regulations. Matrix knowledge preferred.

Hours:

  • 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday
  • On-call every 5th weekend

Skills / Requirements

  • Current North Dakota Registered Nurse license and in good standing
  • 2-4 years long-term care management preferred
  • Leadership expertise and demonstrated clinical and assessment competencies
  • Matrix, MDS and care planning experience required, including strong knowledge of Medicare regulations, as well as ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and standards
