Job Description

Redeemer Health & Rehab Center of Minneapolis provides short-term rehab, long-term skilled care, and memory care. Our dedicated staff has been serving the community in the spirit of Christ’s love since 1946. We are currently seeking applicants for our Environmental Services Director.

This Full-Time position supervises the overall plant operations of the facility including maintenance, laundry and housekeeping.

Responsibilities include:

  • Knowledge and compliance to State and Federal regulations related to SNF
  • Managing the operational supplies and correlating budget
  • Available for a weekend and on-call rotation schedule

Skills / Requirements

  • Boilers license
  • Supervisory experience, over-seeing maintenance, housekeeping and laundry
  • Strong mechanical, plumbing, electrical and floor care skills preferred
  • Self-motivated, able to work as a team member and independently
  • 3 years of Long Term Care experience preferred
  • Ability to work effectively with others including a multi-cultural interdisciplinary team, address multiple requests throughout the day, professionally interact with outside contractors and family members, and positively influence good customer service to clients
