Job Description

We are currently seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to join our Dietary Team! This is a salary position with mostly day-time hours and some evenings and weekends.


  • Ensure the hygienic dietetic service is provided that meets the daily nutritional needs of residents, physicians orders and Health Department Guidelines
  • Coordinate and supervise the dietary staff and department
  • Participate in resident care planning
  • Possess knowledgeable on state and federal guidelines
  • Inventory control and meet financial responsibilities


  • Full-Time
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Will be working some evenings and weekends

Skills / Requirements

  • Certified Dietary Manager or willingness enroll in the program and become certified (or equivalent)
  • Servsafe Certified
  • Familiar working for geriatric patients and large scale of residents
  • Promote good communicate with residents and other departments
  • Able to work independently and as a team
  • Be organized, and prioritize, versatile and coordinate numerous task
  • Able to use computer, calculator and kitchen equipment
