Job Description

Redeemer Health & Rehab Center is currently seeking an experienced Social Worker or LPN to join our team as Admissions Coordinator. Hours for this Full-Time position are flexible.

Redeemer Health & Rehab Center of Minneapolis ministers to the Uptown/Lake Calhoun area, providing short-term rehab, long-term skilled care, and memory care. In addition, we offer outpatient PT/OT and Speech Therapy services in a faith-based environment. We offer off street parking and are on the bus line for an easy commute! We also offer our employees Health, Vision & Dental Insurance, PTO and Holiday Pay, Retirement Saving Plan and other benefits!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the admission/referral process
  • Assist the Director of Social Services
  • Work with various sources including MC/MA, insurances and interpret clinical assessments

Hours:

  • Hours flexible meeting the needs of admissions
  • 80 hours per two week pay period

Skills / Requirements

  • Current MN licensure: Social Worker or LPN
  • Experience in managing the admission/referral process and assisting the Director of Social Services
  • Knowledge of various sources including MC/MA, insurances and interpret clinical assessments
  • Ability to work in a fast-pace environment on multiple levels and various tasks
  • Possess excellent communication skills and be detail oriented
  • Detailed oriented
  • Marketing experience a plus
